Keto Cauliflower Pizza



Enjoy all the flavors of pizza without the carbs with this delicious keto cauliflower pizza. It's packed with cheesy goodness and topped with your favorite low-carb toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup shredded basil leaves

Instructions:

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C

Add the eggs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to a large bowl

Mix the ingredients together until they are well blended

Make a thin crust by pressing the cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Put the crust in the oven for 20 minutes, or until it is crispy and golden brown

Cover the baked crust with the marinara sauce

Pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, and black olives should be put on top

Add shredded basil leaves on top of the other ingredients

Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles

Cut it up and serve it hot
