Vegan Apple Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread



This vegan twist on classic pull-apart bread features layers of soft bread infused with cinnamon, brown sugar, and juicy diced apples. It's perfect for a cozy breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of vegan bread dough
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C

Put some flour on a surface and roll out the vegan bread dough into a big rectangle

Put vegan butter that has been melted on top of the dough

Put the brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl and mix them together

Spread the sugar and cinnamon mix out evenly over the dough

Spread the apple slices out evenly on top of the dough

Cut the dough into squares with a sharp knife or pizza cutter

In a loaf pan that has been greased, stack the squares on top of each other to make a loaf shape

Put a clean kitchen towel over the loaf pan and let it rise for 30 minutes

Heat the oven and put the bread in it

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and is fully cooked

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it

If you want, add lemon zest as a garnish
