Frambled Eggs

Frambled eggs are a delightful combination of fried and scrambled eggs. They are quick and easy to make, perfect for a satisfying breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped herbs, diced tomatoes

Instructions:

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until well beaten

Season with a pinch of salt and pepper

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add the butter

Allow it to melt and coat the bottom of the skillet

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and let them cook undisturbed for a few moments until they start to set around the edges

Using a spatula, gently push the cooked edges towards the center of the skillet, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges

Continue this process until the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny on top

If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese, chopped herbs, or diced tomatoes over the eggs

Continue cooking for another minute or until the cheese melts or the toppings are heated through

Fold the eggs in half using the spatula and slide them onto a plate

Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs or seasonings if desired
